Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional accounting experience (senior level).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (R/3 and/or S/4HANA).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for multiple legal entities within the cbs Group in Asia.
• Support group reporting activities and financial analyses.
• Own general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional partners.
• Drive finance process improvements and standardization.
• Contribute to regional and global finance transformation initiatives.

Role Overview / Summary

• Preparation of financial statements for one or more legal entities within the cbs Group in Asia
• Support in group reporting activities and financial analysis
• Ownership of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of accounting records
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional business partners
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of finance processes
• Contribute to regional and global finance transformation initiatives
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements

Job Requirements
