  • Assume ownership of ad hoc projects and analyses.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

The Person

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines
  • Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
  • Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
  • Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities
  • Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required


Preferred Experience

  • Good spoken and written in English
  • 2 - 4 years of related working experience is an added advantage
  • A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High levels of proficiency in excel
  • Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
  • Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills


Academic Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
