THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

THE PERSON:

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created incompliance with Company guidelines
  • Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
  • Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
  • Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation
  • Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions
  • Identify and implement improvements to business processes
  • Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analysis as required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years experience working in a similar role
  • Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages is an added advantage)
  • A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High levels of proficiency in excel
  • Ability to multitask and works well in a shared services environment

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
