Finance Specialist (Financial Planning and Analysis) - MRO

Act as the key person to ensure that the subsidiary's profitability is reasonable, fund flows are continuous, assets are secure, and financial report targets are achieved.

Assist in budget and forecast management, control the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and continuously improve their accuracy.

Analyze regional financial data, utilize internal systems to obtain business and financial data, and provide analysis to line managers and directors.

Manage financial reports, monitor key financial indicators of the subsidiary, support improvements, and provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in general ledger, fund management, and tax management is preferred.
• Knowledge of treasury, subsidiary entity, statutory reporting, and compliance management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner and a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
