Finance Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities and supporting our company's goals of financial integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
2. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
3. Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
4. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
5. Contribute to the implementation and adherence of financial policies and internal controls.
6. Provide timely and accurate financial insights and support to internal departments.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and transparency across the organization.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in financial software and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
7. Fluency in Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
