Qualifications

• PhD in Finance or related field with finance focus.
• Proven teaching experience at tertiary level.
• Scholarly activity aligned with AACSB or equivalent standards.
• Experience supervising Masters and PhD research.
• Active publication record in quality journals or conferences.
• Ability to develop research funding proposals.
• Strong knowledge across finance disciplines (corporate finance, investments, financial markets).
• Proficient in online teaching tools and contemporary pedagogy.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in-person and online.
• Design, assess and provide timely student feedback.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
• Conduct high-quality research and maintain an active publication record.
• Develop research proposals and pursue funding opportunities.
• Supervise Masters and PhD research students.
• Engage with industry and external communities; provide academic leadership.
