• Experience with online and hybrid teaching methods.
• Track record of securing research grants and funding.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, Islamic Finance certifications such as CIFE, AAOIFI standards).
• International academic or industry exposure.
• Ability to integrate emerging trends in fintech, sustainability, and Shariah‑compliant innovation into the curriculum.
