- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably 2+ years.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Oversee daily accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records, files, and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Assist with risk management activities to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare and manage budgets.
- Monitor departmental spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize company operations.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Manage the company’s cash flow by forecasting and monitoring cash needs.
- Oversee cash management functions to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Track and manage financial transactions and ensure they align with budget expectations.
- Financial Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and goals to align with overall business objectives.
- Assist in making key financial decisions related to investments, funding, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial personnel and provide guidance on financial matters.
