Divisional Manager, Global Business Services

• Lead the implementation of assigned initiatives, tracking progress and team performance, and initiating corrective measures when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal service units and country-specific teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and sponsors, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
• Analyze regional and local project delivery needs to identify areas for enhancement.
• Evaluate current workflows, team structures, and reporting mechanisms to recommend improvements.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team culture that encourages innovation and learning.
• Clearly define team roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and collaboration.
• Ensure team adherence to organizational policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to produce accurate monthly performance reports.
• Oversee resource planning to anticipate staffing needs for upcoming projects and support activities.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or SCRUM Master are preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
