Description
Your main job responsibilities will include;
Plan, execute, and monitor financial and business service projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and regional service platforms to streamline operations and resolve project challengesLead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for sustainable enhancementsProvide guidance and support to project teams, proactively managing risks and stakeholder expectationsOversee project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics to keep all stakeholders informedEnsure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycleManage and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline4 to 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within finance or shared services Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teamsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA) and process improvement methodologies is a strong advantageProfessional certifications such as PMP, SCRUM Master, or equivalent are preferredStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
