TRIP GUARD SDN BHD is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team and gain practical exposure to basic finance processes. This internship is ideal for students looking to learn about day-to-day finance operations.

You will assist with administrative tasks, invoicing, data entry, and simple reports while learning our finance procedures. Availability to work with the team and a willingness to develop organized, detail-oriented habits are important.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic finance administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing and organizing invoices, receipts and payment documents.
• Assist with data entry and updating finance records.
• Assist in preparing simple reports and spreadsheets.
• Support the finance team with documentation and filing.
• Perform other simple finance-related tasks as assigned.
• Learn and gain exposure to the company's finance processes and procedures.
