Job Title: Finance Transformation Specialist - Finance Operations (Bank Rec & Inter company)

Location: Malaysia (KL)
Contract: 12 months (renewable)
Monthly Salary: Up to RM 12,000

About the Role

Join the transformation of core finance operations processes - including bank reconciliations, inter company, and period close for a global life insurance group. This role will improve controls, automation, and reporting across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements in reconciliations, inter company settlements, and close.

• Design and implement efficient, automated finance ops processes.

• Define Key Performance Indicator and support end-user training and documentation.

• Collaborate on testing and solution roll out.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in life insurance finance operations or shared services.

• Strong background in reconciliations, inter company.

• Oracle Fusion or similar system knowledge preferred.
