Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Kuching is seeking a Finance Administrative Executive to provide finance support across internal client account teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processes and timely reporting within the CBS function.

You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, accounts receivable and payable, prepare bank deposits, perform reconciliations and assist with journals and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Billings, Credit/Debit Note, Accounts Payable and Payments.
• Issue official receipts for payments received and prepare documents for bank-in of cheques received.
• Process payments and maintain petty cash, cheque and financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely closing of monthly activities.
• Raise journals and ensure timely closing of monthly activities.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of Finance documents and generate finance reports when required.
• Assist in other general administrative work or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management team.
