Job description

Finance Officer

This vacancy is for a Finance Officer (Property Sector). The scope of work typically includes managing financial records, preparing financial reports, supporting audits and tax compliance, managing cash flow, budgeting, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, preparing financial reports, and annual budgets.
  2. Assist with audit processes by preparing required documentation and liaising with auditors.
  3. Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents for compliance.
  4. Process payments to vendors, contractors, and suppliers in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and assist in preparing aging reports.
  6. Perform bank reconciliations and track tenant rental collections.
  7. Assist in preparing tax-related documents, including SST, GST, corporate tax, e-invoice, etc.
  8. Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in accounting systems.
Requirements
  1. 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
  2. Basic knowledge of UBS System (Accounting).
  3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Experience in property finance or real estate accounting is an advantage.
  6. Familiarity with tax compliance and financial regulations.
  7. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  8. Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  9. Malaysian nationality preferred.
  10. Genders: All Genders.
  11. Own Transport: None required.
Working Hours/Days

Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 05:45 pm. Off on Saturday and Sunday.
