Treasury Unit functions - Account receivable
- To issue and send invoice, debit notes and reminders.
- To do transaction matching under PDS - Debtor Account.
- To issue and send official receipt.
- To print & attach statement of accounts and other relevant supporting documents and pass it to the Executive for confirmation of the differential sum.
- To compile supporting documents (Debtors Account & Project Housing Development Account) for preparation of JV by Accounts division.
- To send debtor statement of account with cover letter monthly and upon request.
- To liaise with Legal & Sales Unit on SPA and Loan Agreement.
- To liaise with sales unit on payment/collection from buyer.
- To open new debtor record/file upon receiving booking fee.
- To maintain filing (individual buyer & master file)
Credit Control
- To assist executive in preparing & updating credit control reports. This including preparation of listing i.e official receipt and invoice listing report.
Audit
- To assist Senior Officer and Executive in preparation of treasury audit schedules.
Internal Controls
- Ensuring Adherence on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring carry out of duties as per request or instruction from superior with proper documentation or recording.
- Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company.
- Work together with departments to further enhance the net profitability in the Company's operations.
- Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, quality and innovation. Focus on better and more cost-effective methods in maintenance of Finance Department.
Others
- Ad-hoc task - assisting in other urgent related matters as per Management instruction.
- in all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held. However, this is subject for completion of any urgent task in the Finance Department.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has strong knowledge in accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
