Finance Manager (Up to 13k / 5 days / Manufacturing / Pasir Gudang)

• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
• Lead finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
• Work with bankers, auditors, tax agencies, company secretaries, and other relevant institutions on financial and statutory matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, SST, corporate income tax) and stay updated on tax regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare and monitor budgets, and provide insights for future financial planning.
• Analyze budget performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights to senior management to support decision-making and improve financial performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of senior management experience in accounting or finance (experience in manufacturing is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with great attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in Pasir Gudang.
