You will oversee end-to-end financial close, compliance with MFRS/IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury, while partnering with business units to drive value and scalable processes across ERP platforms such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from a recognized institution.
• Full professional accreditation (ACCA/CPA/MIA/MICPA/CA ANZ/ICAEW) and MIA registered.
• 8–12 years of accounting/finance experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Big 4 / top-tier audit background with commercial experience in a Bursa Malaysia PLC or SaaS/digital platform setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial reporting and consolidation for multiple subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements (Appendix 9B).
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range financial planning across business units.
• Drive treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
• Support ERP transformation and BI tool rollouts (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite; Power BI/Tableau).
• Coach and develop finance team to build capability and governance.
