Qualifications

Finance Manager (Specialised in Property Development Only)

1) Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management accounts.

2) Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

3) Maintain and update project cash flow forecasts.

4) Prepare business plans, forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses.

5) Prepare financial performance reports, monitor financial performance against budgets, analyze variances, and provide commentary for property development accounts.

6) Handle project financing applications, maintain good banking relationships, and ensure compliance with bank covenants.

7) Manage audits and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

8) Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal procedures.

9) Improve and strengthen financial processes, SOPs, and internal controls to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking, or equivalent qualifications from Chartered Accounting Bodies (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of using MHW system is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the property development industry and solid technical knowledge of MFRS 15 & MFRS 16 is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
