As part of their growing finance function, they are looking for a Finance Manager based in Malaysia to oversee financial operations for their Singapore holding entity.

This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional experienced in cross-border financial management within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations & Reporting:
    Manage full-set accounts, monthly closings, and financial reporting in SAP. Coordinate with shared service and BPO teams across India and Thailand to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Compliance & Controls:
    Ensure adherence to IFRS, tax regulations, and group financial policies. Maintain proper documentation and support audits and statutory filings for the Singapore entity.

  • Forecasting & Analysis:
    Monitor financial performance against budgets, perform variance analysis, and support forecasting and budgeting cycles.

  • Tax Management:
    Oversee timely and accurate filings for GST, withholding tax, and corporate tax. Coordinate with tax agents on computations and transfer pricing documentation.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration & Projects:
    Liaise with internal stakeholders and support capex documentation, system improvements, and ad hoc financial initiatives.

What Were Looking For:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus

  • 5 to8 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a multinational

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, IFRS, and regional tax practices

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and cross-border teams

  • Organized, analytical, and adaptable to dynamic business needs
