This Job plays a key strategic role in driving financial and operational planning, supporting management with insightful analysis and accurate reporting, aligning business objectives with financial outcomes, and fostering continuous performance improvement.
Job Responsibilities
    Acts as a link between strategy and execution, ensuring business goals are backed by robust financial plans.
    Converts complex data into actionable insights to aid strategic decisions. Leads forecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to manage risks and opportunities proactively.
    Supports investment evaluations, resource allocation, and operational planning.
    Plays a crucial role in driving business performance reviews, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or similar roles.

  • Strong skills in analysis, financial modeling, and presentations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
