Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive

We are a dynamic and expanding healthcare company dedicated to excellence. We are looking for a driven and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager to ensure financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare full set accounting for subsidiaries.

· Perform accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

· Perform internet banking & monthly bank reconciliation.

· Prepare Accounts Payable aging & periodic reconciliation of vendor statement of accounts.

· Prepare payroll in compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure accuracy in payments.

· Perform month end closing.

· Assist in year-end audit & preparing of audit schedules.

· Prepare profit forecasts and variance analysis.

· Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer/Senior Management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

· Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience (Experience in supervisory or managerial roles will be an added value).

· Proficient in accounting software (Autocount).

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Analytical, self-motivated, high integrity, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Positive attitude and pleasant personality.

· Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
