Finance Manager (Reputable Property Developer) – Iskandar Puteri

Company Overview:

Position Summary:
Seeking a Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive (Total 3 Pax Hiring) to lead financial reporting, tax planning, and cash flow management for projects in Iskandar Puteri. Prior experience in property development is required. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and previous experience in the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee monthly financial reporting and liaise with shared service teams
  2. Monitor and plan cash flow projections to ensure financial obligations are met
  3. Ensure accurate tax computation and compliance
  4. Review audit reports and manage audit-related matters
  5. Prepare loan documentation and support financing processes
  6. Strengthen financial processes, SOPs, and internal controls

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CIMA; MIA membership preferred
  • 6+ years of experience, including 2–4 years in audit or accounting
  • Background in property development is essential
  • Strong grasp of tax, accounting standards, and financial regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent planning and leadership skills
