We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Finance Manager Regulatory Reporting.
(The contract will expire on 31 December 2025)
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of BNM Basel 3 Reforms (B3R) guideline on Non-Counterparty Credit Risk Weighted Assets (NCCR-RWA) - Standardised Approach (SA).
- Perform gap analysis to compare the BNM current and B3R guidelines. Ensure impact assessments are performed properly.
- Coordinate the project implementation action points with the respective stakeholders.
- Participate in UAT testing, track test results and remediation actions, and conduct trial run submissions.
- Ensure proper control documentation reflects process changes.
- Backfill routine tasks of staff involved in the B3R project implementation.
Requirements- Minimum Degree qualification. 3 to 5 years of related regulatory reporting experience is advantageous.
- Strong independent contributor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; adaptable with system technical experience.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including presenting, influencing, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to analyze new and changing regulatory requirements and assess impact on the bank.
- Good time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities to navigate, motivate, drive, and sustain initiatives aligned with HSBC values of openness, connection, and dependability.
