Your new role

• Lead finance process transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven tools, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital finance solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to assess, recommend, and integrate technological improvements in financial operations.
• Drive adoption of automation tools and AI applications within the finance team through training and knowledge-sharing.
• Ensure finance transformation strategies align with business goals, fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related professional certification (e.g., MIA, MICPA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA).
• Proven experience in finance process improvement and digital transformation, with familiarity in automation tools such as SAP, Oracle, or UiPath.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial operations, including audit, reconciliation, invoicing, and automation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in emerging financial technologies, including machine learning and data analytics.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor teams in utilizing AI-driven solutions to optimize financial performance.
