Responsibilities
  1. Prepare monthly financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Provide analysis on performance, expenses, and variances for management.
  3. Lead the finance team in all financial accounting aspects, including manufacturing accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, and general ledger, ensuring timely month-end closing.
  4. Manage cash flow, treasury, banking, and financing arrangements.
  5. Prepare financial forecasts, yearly budgets, and monitor performance against budgets.
  6. Establish and maintain effective accounting workflows and controls for compliance and efficiency.
  7. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government agencies.
  8. Ensure statutory contributions are up-to-date and handle related documentation.
  9. Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field; professional certifications preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable, problem-solver, and critical thinker with a business mindset.
  • Knowledge of system automation and business software.
  • ISO knowledge is an advantage.
