Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations.
• Oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and credit control.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes.
• Train and develop a finance team of at least six members.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS and tax regulations.
• Support strategic financial planning and budgeting.
• Provide insights to improve business performance.

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports for decision-making.
• Strengthen and improve internal controls, policies, and processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and develop a finance team of at least six (6) members, building strong departmental capabilities.
• Serve as the key liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Support the CFO in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and corporate initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve business performance and profitability.
