We're hiring on behalf of a world-renowned medical technology company committed to improving patient outcomes globally. Based in Seoul, this high-impact finance role sits at the intersection of innovation, compliance, and strategic performance. You’ll be part of a collaborative team ensuring financial accuracy and driving insights that support long-term success.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing financial reporting, tax strategy, and compliance. Your deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and Korean standards will guide month-end closings, tax filings, transfer pricing, and the delivery of precise financial insights to leadership teams.

Key areas of focus:

  • General Ledger Oversight – Maintain accuracy, manage closings, and support the implementation of new policies and pronouncements.
  • Income Tax & VAT – Lead corporate tax compliance, identify cost-saving strategies, and liaise with external advisors.
  • Transfer Pricing – Prepare documentation, monitor changes, and support external audits.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Generate financial statements and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Audit & Compliance – Ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards across all finance processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years’ experience in corporate finance or accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, JDE), and financial reporting tools
  • Proven leadership in managing audits, reporting, and tax strategies
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • CPA or equivalent qualification
  • Background in GAAP, SOX, and financial systems optimisation
  • Full fluency in Korean language
