Fintonia Group is building a tech-enabled digital assets financial services platform with offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Finance Manager role covers fund accounting oversight, management reporting, tax and regulatory coordination, and process improvements across multiple entities.

The role is hands-on, cross-functional, and offers growth into leadership within a fast-growing asset class.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in finance, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Experience in fund accounting and/or an audit background is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to Malaysia and Singapore tax matters is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead finance and accounts department, covering finance, accounting, reporting, fund accounting, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise and develop finance team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive process improvements, systems, and internal controls, including AI adoption and automation.
• Oversee monthly close, management accounts, and fund-level NAV reporting.
• Consolidate financial statements across subsidiaries and ensure consistent accounting policies.
• Perform variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure tax planning, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across entities.
