Finance Manager - Damansara Heights - Permanent

Location: Menara Manulife, Damansara Heights
Salary: RM10,000 – RM15,000 (Based on experience and skills)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday only for urgent matters)
Industry: Preferably from the Food or FMCG sector

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all financial and accounting operations. This role is critical in supporting the company’s strategic growth and financial health through strong leadership, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting functions

Oversee financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and budgeting

Monitor company cash flow and recommend funding strategies

Lead process improvement, internal controls, and cost control initiatives

Work closely with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions

Provide strategic insights to management using financial data

Manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and support digital process improvements

Ensure compliance with MFRS and other regulatory standards

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field

Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred

Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of MFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting

Proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
