Qualifications

• 5–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Must have experience in construction / engineering / building materials industry.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with accounting systems (SQL / AutoCount / UBS).
• Familiar with Malaysian tax (SST, corporate tax) and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Track receivables and collections (progress billing).
• Plan and control payment schedules (suppliers / subcontractors).
• Maintain project cost tracking (materials, labor, equipment).
• Monitor project profitability (budget vs actual).
• Support tender costing and pricing.
• Identify financial risks and flag potential losses early.
• Oversee full set of accounts (GL / AP / AR).

Finance Manager （Construction/M&E Engineering / Building Materials Trading

We are a fast-growing engineering and construction company with integrated capabilities across M&E installation, waterproofing works, flooring systems, and materials supply.

As we scale towards RM10M–RM30M annual revenue with multiple concurrent projects, we are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who can go beyond accounting — someone who can manage cash flow, control project finances, and build financial structure.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts

Track receivables and collections (progress billing)

Plan and control payment schedules (suppliers / subcontractors)

Maintain project cost tracking (materials, labor, equipment)

Monitor project profitability (budget vs actual)

Support tender costing and pricing

Identify financial risks and flag potential losses early

Oversee full set of accounts (GL / AP / AR)

Handle SST, corporate tax, and compliance matters
