Job Responsibilities:

Finance Scope:

  • Managing and maintaining financial records, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable (review), and accounts payable (review) for monthly closing.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements to support management’s decision.
  • Monitoring cash flow, planning to support business growth, and ensuring proper financial controls are in place.
  • Handling monthly payroll, related tax compliance, and adherence to local authorities.
  • Coordinating with accountants within the group, auditors, company secretary, and tax consultants as needed.
  • Managing financial transactions and overseeing the company's financial health.
  • Assisting with special projects and providing coverage as needed.

Admin Scope:

  • Overseeing office operations and ensuring a smooth working environment.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Handling vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Addressing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing any other ad hoc administrative matters assigned by the company’s Director.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a tertiary degree from a reputable university and relevant professional experience or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Chartered Accountant (MIA member)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
