About the Role

As a key player in our finance team, you'll have the autonomy to oversee daily operations, from financial reporting to process enhancement. Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis：Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Cash Flow Management：Guarantee timely payments and collections, while ensuring precise bank reconciliations to maintain healthy cash flow.

Stakeholder Collaboration：Act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships with internal departments, external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to provide comprehensive financial support.

Process Innovation：Identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions, streamlining financial processes to boost overall departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

Education：Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or MIA will set you apart from the competition.

Experience：3+ years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or audit. Prior knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations will give you an edge.

Skills：Deep understanding of Malaysian financial standards, with the ability to handle a full accounting cycle. Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a significant advantage. Proficient in popular accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Office functions.
