· Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts to align with company objectives.

· Monitor cash flow and analyses variances to support decision-making and project planning.

· Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

· Maintain full sets of accounts and supporting schedules in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

· Ensure adherence to financial policies, tax laws, and internal controls.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and company secretaries for smooth financial operations.

· Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to improve efficiency.

· Identify and manage financial risks to protect company assets and resources.

· Establish and maintain internal controls and SOPs to safeguard financial integrity.

· Review and enhance financial processes for greater operational efficiency.

· Lead, train, and supervise the finance team for performance and growth.

· Performing any other duties assigned by the superior.

· Work location in Subang.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in financial, accounting or corporate finance.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Experience in the construction industry is required.

· Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures and fundamental accounting principles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

· Knowledge of SST (Sales and Service Tax).

· Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset.

· Strong numerical and data entry skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a public listed company.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
