Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an added advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or service industry.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare services, logistics, or fast-paced operational environments.

Familiarity with corporate finance, business modeling, and cost control strategies.

Ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
