Finance Manager

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or Member of MIA is a plus).
2. Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, typically 5-7 years.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and Excel.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
5. Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

1. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
2. Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
3. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Cash Flow Management

1. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization.
2. Manage capital investments and funding strategies.
3. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective performance and development.
4. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Cost Control

1. Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
2. Analyze operational costs and implement strategies to optimize expenses.

Financial Strategy

1. Develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
2. Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insights to the leadership team.
3. Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
4. Monitor economic and industry trends affecting financial performance.

Compliance and Audit

1. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
2. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
