Job Opportunity for a Finance Manager based in Seremban!

Your new company

Your new role

  • To support finance operations and financial-related matters at the manufacturing plant site.
  • Ensure strong partnerships with plant managers and operations teams through providing financial insights to align with business goals.
  • Consistently ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with internal & external auditors to ensure stock count accuracy.
  • To initiate and champion system and process improvement for financial operational activities.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Engage closely with international teams in alignment with manufacturing operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant degree qualification in Finance preferably or equivalent.
  • Prior experience of working in the manufacturing industry.
  • Good business partnering experience with plant managers & operation teams.
  • Familiar with SAP.
  • Good communication, vocal and able to present well to international stakeholders.
