Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager (ACCA Certified) to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, analysis, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Strategic Financial Planning:

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements.

• Support business case development for new projects or investments.

Compliance & Control:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate external and internal audits and implement recommended improvements.

• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• ACCA qualification (Member or Fellow status preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, and tax compliance.

• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
