Job summary

Manage accounting, auditing, taxation, and financing for the Hospital.

Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Head of Services and Unit Managers to develop and monitor departmental budgets.

Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reports for management.

Supervise finance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g. ACCA, MICPA) preferred.

Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Have working experience in hospital setting is preferrable.
