As part of our continued growth journey, we are now seeking a finance professional to play a key role in overseeing and strengthening our group-level financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Functions

  • Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements for a group of manufacturing entities.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations of related transactions.
  • Ensure financials are compliant with GAAP/MFRS and aligned across all business units.
  • Coordinate with finance leads across subsidiaries for accurate and timely submissions.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for executive management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Conduct cost and profitability analysis across departments, projects, or products.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Maintain and enhance accounting processes and financial control systems.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of financial tools and systems.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA/CMA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a reporting or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading or managing a finance team is a plus
