Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities.

Manage the finance team of the legal entity and oversee finance process workflows.

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on daily, fortnightly and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity balance sheet in compliance with company policy.
2. Work closely with cross functional teams to receive KPI inputs into the reporting system.
3. Submission of quarterly Fin Pack and yearly reporting.
4. To ensure that transactions are properly accounted for and that accounts are properly maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
5. To ensure accuracy and integrity of the company financial statements.
6. Liaise with Internal and External Auditors on audit of statutory financial statements.
7. Assist in preparations of Budget.
8. Manage local GST reporting.
9. Ad hoc assignment.
