Oversee the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.

Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial plans for the company.

Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury operations.

Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Coordinate audits and work with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA is desirable.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills.

In-depth understanding of financial regulations and standards.
