Finance Operations & Management
Salary: Up to 170k PA

Position Summary:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
Implement and enforce financial systems, policies, and procedures across the organization.
Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting to external stakeholders.
Prepare monthly management reports and performance analysis for submission to Directors.
Ensure full compliance with statutory financial, tax, and audit requirements.
Coordinate and manage the preparation of the annual financial budget; focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted expenses, including project costing and construction costs.
Manage the year-end audit and tax filings, ensuring timely submission of audited reports.
Oversee full set of accounts and implement effective tax planning strategies.
Manage statutory reporting and coordinate all annual renewals with relevant authorities.
Human Resource & Payroll
Supervise the HR department, including verification of monthly payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of statutory contributions in compliance with legal rates and deadlines.
Strategic & Operational Involvement
Participate in new project planning, operational reviews, research, and decision-making processes.
Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required by the superior.
Management Accounting & Operational Support
Review and analyze inventory reports, product margins, and cost/profitability analysis.
Monitor and control inventory, product costing, and fixed asset management.
Support E-Invoicing system setup and improvements across:
Accounts Payable & Procurement
Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
Supply Chain & Logistics
Coordinate ERP system setup and manage IT-related finance issues.
Assist in contract review for the manufacturing division.
Act as liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, customs, and legal advisors.
HR & Office Administration
Assist the General Manager in managing HR operations and office administration, including IT oversight.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, AIA).
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
