Job description

Manage the full spectrum of operational finance matters.

Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow projections.

Oversee and track project and sales budgets to ensure alignment with company targets.

Maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external bankers.

Monitor daily collections and fund placements; plan and manage banking facilities including repayments, applications, and renewals.

Keep updated with the latest financial products to optimize banking and financing strategies.

Supervise all finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, tax computations, and statutory compliance.

Prepare and consolidate financial reports across regions.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly accounting close processes.

Proficient in financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High integrity, strong initiative, and result-oriented mindset.
