Manage day-to-day finance operations: collections, payments, monthly closing, reconciliations

Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and statutory/regulatory requirements

Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads

Liaise with external parties: auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, and bankers

Lead and develop the finance team (2 staff), with scope to expand

Support the Finance Director and management with ad-hoc projects and financial insights for strategic decisions

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or similar qualifications preferred)

Minimum 8 years’ experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role

Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, cash flow, and compliance

Experience in property development and/or construction sector is highly preferred

Proven track record in building processes and improving financial systems

Hands-on, adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with SQL Accounting System is an advantage
