We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing "Accounts/Finance Manager" with a positive mindset and a committed attitude.

• Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff.

• Achieves accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and enforcing policies and procedures.

• Contributes to accounting operational objectives by providing financial information and recommendations for strategic planning; preparing and completing action plans; implementing standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; and implementing improvements.

• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, closing accounts, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions promptly.

• Monitors revenue and expenses, coordinates data collection, consolidation, evaluation, and prepares reports to confirm financial status.

• Maintains controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining policies and procedures.

• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policies and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.

• Ensures financial security through internal controls.

• Ensures legal compliance by understanding legislation, enforcing regulations, and recommending new procedures.

• Protects organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of information.

• Completes related results to accomplish the organization’s mission.

• Oversees consolidation of group companies by reporting subsidiary balances alongside parent company balances.

• Familiar with trading/rubber industry accounts management, including internal financial statements for production costs, materials, and inventory levels.

• Undertakes ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Skills:
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in the rubber industry is a plus.
  • Experience with import/export documentation, bank documentation (LC, DP), customs procedures, indirect taxes (VAT/GST, SST).
