Proven experience in managing the full accounting cycle, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Provide timely, accurate financial reports and analyses to management, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Utilize SAP (SAP FI/CO) for financial data management, reporting, and system updates. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented within the system.

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans. Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems to ensure data accuracy and safeguard company assets.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary.

Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently to maintain liquidity and support ongoing business operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations and sales to ensure alignment with financial goals and support business strategies.

Facilitate and manage external audits, ensuring timely submission of required documents and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on full-set accounting.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
