A fast-growing BPO is hiring a Finance Manager responsible for overseeing financial operations and leading a finance team. This role involves ensuring compliance, preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and providing advisory support to clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 6-8 years of finance experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

With subsidiaries across multiple countries, we are expanding our finance leadership team to support strategic growth, financial compliance, and high-value advisory services.
Job Summary
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the corporate group and its subsidiaries. You will lead a finance team to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and effective internal controls. You will also act as a financial advisor both internally and to selected clients, providing insights that support business decisions and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing for parent and subsidiaries.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and group reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements (local and international, if applicable).
2. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor group-wide cash flow and working capital.
- Prepare forecasts and funding strategies.
- Optimize fund allocation across entities and manage intercompany transactions.
3. Budgeting & Performance Analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Review and analyze variances; provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop management dashboards and performance KPIs.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of accountants and executives.
- Ensure effective delegation, accuracy in reporting, and high team productivity.
- Build strong team culture aligned with company values.
5. Client Engagement & Advisory
- Oversee financial service delivery to key client accounts (BPO scope).
- Review client financials, identify improvement opportunities, and offer advisory support.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and ensure service excellence.
6. Governance & Risk
- Strengthen internal controls and process standardization.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
- Lead financial system improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management.
- Experience managing multi-entity structures or regional operations.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Prior experience in BPO, shared services, or advisory roles is an advantage.
