Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• 7+ years in similar roles
• 3-5 years in supervisory role
• ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CIMA or MICPA qualification required
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP advantageous
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of MFRS/MPERS/IFRS/USGAAP, Tax, Treasury and SOX
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Supervise GL accounting, audit, tax and lead preparation of financial statements
• Manage local, state and Central Bank reporting requirements
• Supervise tax estimates and submission to IRB with on-time schedules
• Year-end closing and liaising with external auditors; tax incentive coordination
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain financial reporting and record-keeping
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting reports
• Establish internal controls (SOX) including journal entry approvals

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelors degree in Accounting disciplines.
• More than 7 years of experience in similar roles
• Minimum3-5 years in supervisory role.
• Professional qualification ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA or MICPA
• Familiarity with ERP system, SAP will be advantageous.
• Familiarity to work in a multinational company will be required.
• Candidates from manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of Accounting (MFRS/MPERS/IFRS/USGAAP) Tax, Treasuryactivities and SOX.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
