Job description

Job Title: Finance Manager (Malaysia & Singapore)

Lead a team of accounting staff in managing finance operations in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting.
2. Analyze financial reports with key ratios and variance analysis.
3. Ensure compliance with HQ policies and local regulations.
4. Manage cash flow and prepare forecasts to support daily operations.
5. Improve cost accounting systems and internal controls.
6. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, regulatory authorities, solicitors, and bankers.
7. Guide and develop team members' skills.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Accountancy or Finance management; ACCA or CPA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in finance.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

1. Knowledge of accounting systems; ERP and Yonyou preferred.
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
3. Familiar with SST/GST (SG) and Transfer Pricing practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
