Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and month-end closing independently with minimal supervision to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Establish, implement , review and improve financial processes and systems, including accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare financial management reports, including P&L, variance analysis, balance sheet, and cash flow statements and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improved performance.
• Implement cost control initiatives and monitor operating expenditure.
• Assist in feasibility studies and prepare cash flow for financing purposes.
• In charge of tax planning, both direct and indirect taxes.
• Recruit, train, and develop a competent finance team while providing leadership, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and conducting regular evaluations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal professionals, bankers, and company secretaries for compliance.
• Work with various departments of the Company, supporting daily operations and handling ad hoc duties as assigned.
